Payment
♥DBS/POSB transfers, we accept both ATM and Internet Banking transfers
♥For ATM transfers, we require a printscreen of the receipt
♥No cash on delivery
♥Registered concealed cash at buyers’ own risks
♥Cash deposit is recommended if you do not have a bank account
♥Payment is to be made within 36 hours upon buyers’ confirmation

Prices
♥Prices are strictly non negotiable
♥Prices include normal postage fees unless otherwise stated
♥Prices are fixed and no bidding will occur unless otherwise stated

Meet Ups
♥Meet ups will be held at Nanyang Polytechnic ONLY on certain days and at certain timings
♥No other venues will be entertained

Postage
♥Normal postage fees is included in all prices stated, unless otherwise stated
♥For registered mail, add SGD 2.24 on top of the price of item and normal postage fees
♥Tracking numbers will only be provided upon requests
♥Buyers are encouraged to opt for registered mail to prevent unnecessary unhappiness
♥There are no fixed days for mailing out of items. Items will be mailed within 3 days upon buyer's payment and will only be notified of the date and venue when asked by buyer
♥For registered mail, please allow up to five working days for item(s) to be mailed out
♥A Knotty Affair will not be not responsible for any lost mails

Refunds/Exchanges
♥Exchanges/refunds are on a case-to-case basis
♥In the case of lost mails, A Knotty Affair will not entertain any requests for refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to opt for registered mail

♥If payment is not received within 36 hours upon buyer's confirmation, item(s) may be sold to other interested parties without any prior notice
♥We are not liable for any defects/flaws found on item(s) when item has been sent out. As mentioned, we will ensure all items are in tip-top condition before mailing them out
